Equatorial Mining Limited 13-Oct-05 Federal Court of Australia made orders to convene a meeting of shareholders to approve a scheme of arrangement under which shares in Equatorial not already controlled by AMP Life Limited would be acquired by Quay Mining Pty Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of AMP Life Limited, for $7.00 cash per share.
