Local resource explorers Enterprise Metals and Zenith Minerals have received state government co-funding for drilling exploration projects in Western Australia.
Enterprise will garner up to $150,000 towards drilling at its Doolgunna copper and zinc project, with the government to match the company’s expenditure.
It follows a successful capital raising of nearly $1.2 million in June.
Zenith is receiving an $80,000 refund of drilling costs on its Earaheedy manganese targets, which it plans to test next year with a 100-hole drill program.
The company said rock chip sampling had provided high-grade manganese results.
Zenith also completed a capital raising of $1 million this year, in September.
Enterprise was unchanged on the news at 4 cents per share, while Zenith remained on 5.7 cents per share at the time of writing.
