MORE than 57 per cent of employees would prefer to be working from home and 70.7 per cent said they would be as productive as if they were at ‘work’ a Morgan & Banks survey has found.

Morgan & Banks director David Reynolds said employer concerns about productivity levels had traditionally been a stumbling block against allowing employees work from home.

However, more than 83 per cent of those surveyed said productivity could be measured accurately if they worked from home, he said.
