TWELVE lots have been sold in the final residential release in East Perth, the Saunders Street precinct.
The small sites, measuring only 159 square metres and 161 square metres, were sold for $119,000 and $125,000.
EPRA sold the sites as mixed use and residential lots with the possibility of two storey developments at the rear of the block.
EPRA chief executive officer Tony Morgan said the sales signalled an ongoing demand for quality land in East Perth.
