EFTel Limited today announced the acquisition of Osbourne Park-based Ace Online, a WA based ISP with a mix of retail and business customers.
EFTel chief executive Simon Ehrenfeld said that the company would add to EFTel's scale in the WA market.
Last week, EFTel announced the acquisition of aaNet, one of Australia's fastest growing broadband communications providers. The aaNet acquisition almost doubled EFTel's broadband customer base to around 40,000, growing the company to 140,000 active accounts overall. With turnover approaching $10 million p.a., aaNet was EFTel's largest ever acquisition in terms of both revenue and broadband customers.
Mr Ehrenfeld said the company remained in the market for further acquisitions.
