THE Australian Securities and Investments Commission has released draft guidelines to assist listed Australian companies when including values of options in the disclosure of emoluments for directors and executive officers in their annual directors’ reports.
The proposed guidelines cover the valuation methods to be applied, as well as directions for allocating values between financial years.
