NEDLANDS-BASED Lumacom Ltd has appointed the founding chief executive of Media Partners International and former advisor to the prime minister’s department, John Dollisson, as managing director. Mr Dollisson has been a member of Lumacom’s board since May 2006 as a non-executive director, and has been appointed as managing director for an initial term of 12 months.
