On Tuesday April 15, Centrecare Corporate are conducting a one day Dispute Resolution workshop, at their premises at 456 Hay Street, Perth.
The workshop has been designed for human resources managers, team leaders and supervisory staff, and will provide attendees with a theoretical and practical framework for assessing and intervening to resolve workplace conflict.
Issues to be addressed during the workshop include approaching conversation with people who might be highly emotional, assessing whether counselling, mediation, training or management consultancy might be most effective when dealing with disputes and conflict and developing proactive and early intervention strategies that will be helpful in the early resolution of conflict.
