Port Bouvard Ltd director director Michael Perrott acquired 3.4 million shares in the issue, at a value of $5.8 million. Directors Rick Crabb and Ian Macliver also increased their interests, acquiring holdings worth $690,232 and $576,003, respectively. Dominion Mining Ltd director Peter Joseph has increased his interest in the company by acquiring 191,000 shares worth $496,449. He now holds 11.2 million shares at a value of $29.9 million.
