Aspen Group Ltd director Angelo Del Borrello has increased his direct interest in the company by acquiring 674,888 stapled securities, worth more than $1.2 million, through a non-renounceable entitlement issue. He now holds 5.4 million shares at a value of $13.4 million. Co-director Gavin Hawkins also increased his interest in the same issue, purchasing 645,441 stapled securities worth nearly $1.2 million, to bring his stake in the company to $12.8 million. Directors Reg Gillard, Seng Fai Chan and Terry Budge also increased their interests. CO2 Group Ltd director Ian Trahar has increased his indirect interest in the company by acquiring more than 15.3 million shares worth $1 million, through exercising convertible preference shares. He now holds 79 million shares at a value of nearly $27.3 million. Co-directors Harley Whitcombe and James McAuliffe also increased their interests.
