Mobilesoft Ltd managing director Tom Simms has increased his direct and indirect interest in the company by acquiring 12.5 million shares at a value of $250,000, through the conversion of debt instrument to shares. He now holds 23.5 million shares at a value of $822,336. West-Perth based Neptune Marine Services Ltd director Clive Langley has decreased his direct interest in the company by selling 500,000 shares at a value of $250,068 through an on-market trade. He now holds 8.9 million shares at a value of $4.8 million.
