Jubilee Mines Ltd executive chairman Kerry Harmanis reduced his indirect interest in the company on 20 December by 800,000 shares in on market trade for approximately $11.6 million. He now owns over 20 million shares valued at approximately $299 million. Non-executive director Alan Senior also reduced his direct and indirect stake in the company by 30,000 shares for a consideration of $452,100. Mr Senior now owns 340,000 shares valued at $5.1 million. West Perth-based Energy Investments Ltd non-executive director Shane Doherty reduced his indirect interest in the company on 20 December by 33.1 million shares in on and off market trades for approximately $5 million. He now owns approximately 36.9 million shares in the company valued at over $6.4 million.
