Conquest Mining Ltd director John Terpu has increased his indirect interest in the company by acquiring 548,044 shares at value of $109,608, through the exercise of listed options. He now has more than nine million shares at a value of $4.2 million. Directors Joseph Radici and Bruno Firriolo also increased their indirect interest in the company, by $20,000 and $1,250, respectively. Ellendale Resources NL directors Ian Burton, Douglas Wood and David McArthur have all increased their indirect interest in the company by each acquiring 1.5 million shares at a value of $61,680 in off-market trades, following the resignation of director Alan Quartermaine. Mr Burton now holds 1.9 million shares at a value of $79,680; Mr Wood holds 3.7 million shares at a value of $150,774; and Mr McArthur holds three million shares at a value of $120,183.
