Avoca Resources Ltd non-executive chairman Robert Reynolds has increased his indirect interest in the company by acquiring 820,000 shares at a value of $816,500. He now holds three million shares at a value of $3.02 million. Meanwhile, Avoca managing director Rohan Williams has decreased his indirect interest in the company by selling 320,000 shares at a value of $320,000. Mr Williams now hold one million shares at a value of $1 million. Skywest chairman, director Jeff Chatfield has increased his indirect interest in the company, by way of holding in Advent Air Ltd, by acquiring one million shares in an accepted takeover offer, taking his total shareholdings to 95.5 million shares and a 91.4 per cent stake in the company.
