Directors’ Interests

White Energy Company Ltd director John Charles Atkinson has increased his indirect interest in the company by 2.4 million shares for a consideration of $2.16 million as per the prospectus and acquisition of White Energy Technology Ltd on June 30 2006. Following the share purchase, Mr Atkinson indirectly holds 3.695 million shares and 6.07 million options. Director John Vern McGuigan has increased his indirect interest in the company by 2.399 million shares for a consideration of $2.159 million. Following the share purchase, Mr McGuigan indirectly holds 3.73 million shares and 6.09 million options. White Energy changed its name from Amerod Resources Ltd on July 3 and has 33.7 million shares on issue and a market capitalisation of 32.35 million.
