TFS Corporation Ltd director Blake Myles increased his indirect interest in the company by a total of 2.7 million shares for a consideration of $993,750. Mr Myles currently holds 3.2 million shares worth a total of $1.5 million. URANIUM Equities Ltd executive director David Brunt has acquired four million shares in the company for an indirect interest worth $1.6 million. Managing director Mark Chalmers has also acquired four million shares in the company for an indirect interest worth $1.6 million. Non-executive chairman Timothy Clifton has increased his indirect interest in the company by 2.5 million shares in an issue approved by shareholders at a general meeting held on May 8 for a consideration of $998,000. Mr Clifton now holds 3.1 million shares worth up to $1.3 million. BMA Gold Ltd director Michael O’Keeffe has reduced his direct interest in the company by one million shares with a value of $421,800. Mr O’Keeffe now holds 8.2 million shares with a total value of $3.6 million. VULCAN Resources Ltd non-executive director Michael Blakiston has reduced his indirect interest by 991,328 shares with a value of $228,005 in an off-market transfer. Mr Blakiston now holds 840,234 shares with a total value of $252,070.
