Felix Resources Ltd non executive director Travers Duncan increased his beneficial interest through Gaffwick Pty Ltd, of which he is a shareholder and director, by a total of 605,275 ordinary shares for a total consideration of $1,170,858. Brian Flannery, director of Felix Resources, increased his beneficial interest through Ilwella Pty Ltd by 250,000 ordinary shares for a total consideration of $467,500. Australian Zircon NL director David Clarke acquired 12.5 million fully paid ordinary shares through Goddard Development Pty Ltd, of which Mr Clarke is a director and shareholder, at 20 cents per share for a total consideration of $2.5 million. Perilya Ltd non executive director Guy Travis has unloaded 500,000 shares through Aurex Pty Ltd as trustee for the Royalla Unit Trust. Mr Travis is a director of Aurex and a beneficiary of the Travis Family Trust which has a beneficial interest in 33 per cent of Aurex. The disposed shares amounted to a total consideration of $1,015,000.
