Global Construction Services managing director Enzo Gullotti has disposed of 1 million shares on-market to raise $1.25 million. He retains a stake of 8.8 million shares in the construction and maintenance services company, currently worth $10.6 million.
Troy Resources managing director Paul Benson has exercised 100,000 options to acquire shares at a cost of $2.98 each. He has then sold 80,000 shares on-market at $4.18 each, retaining a stake of 178,684 shares in the company, currently worth $729,031.
