Directors’ Interests

Mineral Resources executive chairman and managing director Peter Wade has disposed of 2 million shares on-market, to raise $25 million. Mr Wade retains a stake of 1.4 million shares in the diversified mining services provider currently worth over $18 million. Independent non-executive director Joe Ricciardo has also recently shed some shares in the company to raise $5.2 million, reducing his stake to 1.5 million shares currently worth $20 million.

Tox Free Solutions managing director Steve Gostlow has disposed of 366,000 shares on-market at about $2.65 each to fund the conversion of options at $2.07 each and to enable him to pay the upfront tax that was incurred as a result of the previous issue of options. Mr Gostlow now has a stake of 1.1 million shares in the waste management services provider currently worth $3 million.

Kagara non-executive director Kim Robinson has reduced his stake in the base metals miner through the sale of 5.1 million shares, raising almost a million dollars to generate funds to settle margin facility calls. Mr Robinson retains a stake of 12.9 million shares in Extract currently valued at $2.2 million.
