Northern Star Resources non-executive director Michael Fotios has disposed of 34.1 million shares in the WA gold miner to raise $30.7 million, leaving him with a stake of 49.5 million shares currently worth $43.8 million. The company has just completed a $45 million capital raising, saying it is now well-funded to pursue aggressive exploration at its Paulsens and Ashburton gold projects, and to seize on any acquisition opportunities if they arise.

Peet chairman Tony Lennon has acquired 80,000 shares on-market at a cost of $64,000. He now has a stake of 82.6 million shares in the WA land developer that is currently worth about $62.7 million.
