Poseidon Nickel directors Andrew Forrest, Geoff Brayshaw, Chris Indermaur and Richard Monti have been issued between 55,000 and 99,000 shares each at a deemed price of 19.65 cents in lieu of their directors fees for the December 2011 quarter. Mr Forrest has donated his 58,000 shares worth $11,400 to charity, retaining a stake of 5 million shares in the nickel explorer currently worth $900,000.
Pan Asia Corporation non-executive director Luke Martino has acquired 5 million shares in off-market trade at a cost of $500,000. This brings his total stake in the diversified resources company to 5.25 million shares currently worth about $550,000.
