Mineral Resources non-executive director Joe Ricciardo has sold 100,000 shares at $12.35 each to raise $1.2 million. He retains an interest of 1.95 million shares worth $23.9 million. Mr Ricciardo is also chief executive of GR Engineering, which recently debuted on the ASX after raising $30 million in its initial public offering of 30 million shares at $1 each. Mr Ricciardo and other existing shareholders retain 80 per cent of GR Engineering.
Elemental Minerals non-executive director Ian Stalker has exercised 250,000 options to acquire shares at a cost of 20 cents each, bringing his total stake in the potash explorer to 250,000 shares worth $587,500. Elemental Minerals’ shares are currently trading at $2.23 each.
