Diamond man Miles Kennedy has lifted his stake in Resource and Investment by close to 3 per cent after the exercise of 2 million options. Mr Kennedy, who chairs the diamond exploration company, had until November 2014 to exercise the six cent options, however converted the options into shares last week when the company’s share price hovered at about 22c. Non-executive director John Hutton also followed the chairman’s lead, exercising 2 million, six cent options for a total of $120,000. The option exercise lifts Mr Kennedy’s stake in the company to 17.33 per cent.
