Wesfarmers Ltd managing director Richard Goyder has boosted his stake in the company by 220,884 shares valued at almost $4 million through an on-market acquisition by the trustee of the plan on behalf of executive directors. Mr Goyder now owns 523,601 shares worth $9.5 million on the announcement day share price. Finance director Gene Tilbrook increased his stake by close to $2 million worth of shares bringing his stake to a total value of $6.7 million on the announcement day share price. Fortescue Metals Group Ltd non-executive chairman Herb Elliott offloaded 400,000 shares on market realising $583,735. He retains 2.1 million shares valued at $3.1 million on the announcement day share price. Centamin Egypt Ltd non executive director Colin Cowden increased his stake in the company by an additional 500,000 shares for which he paid $217,750 through an exercise of options. Mr Cowden now has $866,611 worth of shares in the company.
