CI Resources Ltd director Lip Sin Tee spent $650,000 boosting his stake in the company to more than 16 per cent. He now holds about 13 million shares at a value of $15.2 million. Austal Ltd chairman John Rothwell increased his interest in the company through the purchase of 250,000 shares priced at $2.02 each, with the total transaction valued at $505,419. His stake in the company is now worth nearly $69 million. Little World Beverages Ltd director Adrian Fini spent $406,000 to increase his stake in the company to 17.2 per cent. He now owns about 10 million shares valued at $14.4 million. Swick Mining Services Ltd director Kent Swick purchased $436,851 worth of shares, increasing his stake in the company to 13 million shares valued at $11.9 million. Port Bouvard Ltd’s outgoing chief executive Ross Neumann sold 312,500 shares in the company, which were snapped up on the same day by director Rick Crabb at a value of $125,000. Mr Crabb now holds 1.2 million shares valued at $513,000.
