Gondwana Resources Ltd managing director Warren Beckwith has increased his interest in the company through the acquisition of 1.5 million shares through the exercise of options and an off-market transaction, valued at a total of $166,538. He then sold, off-market, 3.3 million shares in the Subiaco-based mineral explorer, realising a total of $528,000. He now owns 6 million shares valued at $664,257 on the announcement day share price. Gondwana director Steven Pynt bought 3.3 million in the company through an off-market transaction and a bonus issue, valued at a total of 533,352. He now owns 3.4 million shares in the company, valued at $374,114.
