Aspen Group Ltd managing director Angelo Del Borrello has been awarded 5.5 million stapled securities in the company worth more than $14 million as part of his long-term incentive package. Advanced Engine Components Ltd non executive director Albert Pun Ki Wa has increased his interest in the company through the allotment of shares as underwriter for the rights issue by the company including 8.5 million shares valued at $1.4 million. He now holds 64 million shares worth $9.5 million on the announcement day share price. ABM Resources NL managing director and executive chairman Imants Kins has increased his interest in the company through the award of long term incentives, comprising 9 million shares valued at $1.3 million. He now holds 18 million shares in the company valued at $2.1 million on the announcement day share price. Essa Australia Ltd CEO Darryl Stevens has decreased his interest in the company through the on market sale of 800,000 shares realizing $960,000. He now owns 3.2 million shares in the company valued at $4 million on the announcement day share price.
