Mineral Resources Ltd non-executive director Michael Kiernan has decreased his direct interest in the company through the on-market sale of 516,666 shares realising just under $2 million. He now holds 750,000 shares valued at $2.8 million on the announcement day share price. Mount Gibson Iron Ltd director Ian Macliver has decreased his indirect interest in the company through the on-market sale of 500,000 share realising $969,637. He now holds one million shares worth $2 million on the announcement day share price. Vietnam Industrial Investments Ltd managing director Henry Van Hung Lam has increased his direct interest by a further 28 million shares at $4.8 million in the Vietnam-operating building solutions and roofing company as part of the takeover offer from Corbyns International Ltd owned 70 per cent by Mr Van Hung Lam and 30 per cent by PCA International Funds SPC. He now owns 69 million shares valued at $11.4 million on the announcement day share price.
