Midwest Corporation Ltd non-executive director David Law Tien Seng has increased his direct and indirect interest in the company by 3.7 million shares at $5.3 million through a participation in right issue and underwriting. Mr Law Tien Seng now has an interest in just under 28 million shares valued at $69 million. Among the six directors who participated in right issue, non-executive chairman Jesse Taylor increased his indirect interest with 384,881 shares at $561,926, and now owns 3 million shares worth $7.6 million. Non-executive director Stephen De Belle took up 306,517 shares at $467,916 and now holds 1.7 million shares worth $4.7 million. Northern Mining Ltd non executive director Ali Susanto has decreased his interest in the company through the sale of 1.4 million shares at $237,600. Mr. Susanto also acquired 83,334 shares at $15,000. He now owns 2.6 million shares valued at $478,000. WA Business News incorrectly reported last week that Ross Neumann acquired 1.5 million shares in Port Bouvard Ltd. Mr. Neumann’s beneficial interest remained the same after a transfer of shares from Riverman Holdings Pty Ltd to Neumann Enterprises (WA) Pty Ltd, to companies in which he has a beneficial interest. Mr Neumann currently holds 14 million shares in Port Bouvard Ltd.
