Mirvac, Peet and Satterley Property Group have been shortlisted by LandCorp to develop its 240 hectare landholding at Eglinton, in Perth's northern suburbs.
Lands Minister Brendon Grylls said nine developers had bid for the rights to develop the project, which will yield 3,000 blocks when completed.
"Mirvac, Peet and Satterley Property Group will compete to deliver a new estate at Eglinton which will provide more residential land, affordable living choices and community facilities in the metropolitan area," Mr Grylls said in a statement.
The partnership will initially focus on developing the northern half of Landcorp's Eglington land, east of Marmion Avenue, Mr Grylls said.
A preferred proponent will be selected by November.
