DATA-BACKUP focused company Data-inCrypt, a wholly owned subsidiary of Synergy Equity Group, has employed the services of Elev8 Australia as a distributor in New Zealand to resell its suite of online backup and secure email products in Australia and New Zealand.
The newly established subsidiary expects revenue from the distribution agreement of $300,000 in the first 12 months.
Data-inCrypt says Elev8 will roll-out the online recovery and backup service to its resellers next month, with the service sold to small-to-medium sized enterprises in June.
The agreement follows a recent announcement that Synergy, through another wholly owned subsidiary, Synergy Business Solutions Australia, will undertake a new project to design, develop and implement a dealer extranet solution for Wesfarmers Kleenheat Gas.
That project will involve operations at over 500 of Kleenheat’s outlets nationally. The company expects the project to deliver in excess of $100,000 per annum once it is fully established.
