Cool or Cosy wins major Aztec Koolan Island contract

Western Australian insulation company Cool or Cosy Ltd has announced that subsidiary Blue Ridge WA Pty Ltd has been awarded the contract to supply transportable buildings for Aztec Resources Limited at its Koolan Island project.

Revenue of $2 million will be generated from the contract which has an estimated timeframe of 20 weeks and commences immediately.

The core facilities buildings will form an integral part of the accommodation village being prepared for the start of mining operations at Aztec's Koolan Island iron ore project.

Koolan Island is located off the northern Kimberley coast of Western Australia.

Cool or Cosy managing director Mario Di Lallo said the contract was a positive development for Blue Ridge following the businesses acquisition in October 2005.

"The Aztec contract is indicative of the opportunities presently available to Blue Ridge within the burgeoning resources sector while also adding further diversification to the Group's revenue," he said.

COOL OR COSY SIGNS KEY TRANSPORTABLE SUPPLY AGREEMENT

The Board of Cool or Cosy Ltd (ASX:COS) is pleased to announce that subsidiary Blue Ridge
WA Pty Ltd ("Blue Ridge") has been awarded a significant contract for the supply of
transportable buildings.

The contract, with Aztec Resources Limited, is for the supply of Core Facilities Buildings at the
Koolan Island Iron Ore Project in Yampi Sound off the northern Kimberley coast of Western
Australia. The buildings form an integral part of the accommodation village in preparation for
the start of mining operations.
