The Property Council is hosting a breakfast seminar focused on the Contaminated Sites Act 2003, which came into effect in December 2006. The breakfast will be held on June 13 at the Hyatt Regency. Discussion topics include what constitutes a contaminated site, the procedure involved in reporting a contaminated site, the land remediation process and advice for sellers, buyers and leasing agents in dealing with contaminated land.
