Conscious Investor signs new deal

ONLINE investment company Conscious Investor hopes a recent joint agreement venture with Canadian financial media portal The Richmond Club will accelerate its growth in the North American market.

Under the deal, Conscious Investor’s products will be promoted through the website, www.richmondclub.com, on radio, and on a weekly television show.

Conscious Investor CEO Margaret Baldock said the joint venture provided in-depth Canadian market knowledge that Conscious Investor needed so as to secure greater exposure and success in the North American market.

“It is [Richmond Club] a financial media portal. They get over two million people per month visiting their site,” she said.

“They have their own TV show that runs once a week on national TV called the Richmond Club Report.  They want to promote our product to all the institutional investors as well as private investors.

Ms Baldock said the company was gearing up for a big push in to North America.

“We will do a Canadian road show starting beginning of February next year. So we’re building the software as we speak, which is due for launch this week.

“We are already selling ourselves in North America

“We have clients in 35 countries, however Canada seems to be one that has been consistently interested.”

Ms Baldock said that the Canadian deal was signed within days of the company being approached by Richmond Club, which became aware of Conscious Investor’s software package through another online investment portal www.motleyfool.com.
