Malcolm Smartt has been appointed as director for Argosy Minerals Inc. Darryl Edwards has resigned as company secretary for Aztec Resources Ltd. Ian Gregory has been appointed to take on this role. Trevor Beazley has been appointed as director for Biometrics Ltd. Charles Morgan and Roger Steinepreis have been appointed as directors for CommodiTel Ltd. Mr Steinepreis has also been appointed as company secretary following the resignation of Nicki Telfer. George Gelavis has resigned as managing director and David Riekie and David Paganin have resigned as chairman and director, respectively. David Riekie has resigned as non-executive chairman for New World Alloys Ltd. David Martin has been appointed as director for Little World Beverages Ltd due to the resignation of David Metherell. Victor Kasongo has been appointed as director for Moto Goldmines Ltd. Peter Cook has resigned as chairman for Quickstep Holdings but will remain with the company as a non-executive director. Current non-executive director, Mark Jenkins, will take on the role as chairman. Terry McConnachie has been appointed as chief executive officer for Sylvania Resources Ltd.
