•Rox Resources Ltd - Jeffrey Gresham has been appointed as chairman following the resignation of Alistair Cowden. Mr Gresham is currently managing director and CEO of Titan Resources Ltd and non-executive director of Centralian Minerals Ltd. •ZBB Energy Corporation - Manfred Birnbaum and William Mundell have been appointed as US based directors, contingent upon the closing of the forthcoming US IPO. •Zylotech Ltd - Don Chalmers and Sydney Borg have resigned as directors. Company secretary Mark Marshall has been appointed as executive director and John Wayland and Andrew Unterweger have been appointed as non-executive directors. •Cooper Energy Ltd - Stephen Abbott has been appointed as a non-executive director. Mr Abbott is presently pro chancellor of Edith Cowan University. He is also a past state president of CPA Australia, past state councilor of The Tax Institute of Australia and past board member of The Small Business Development Corporation.
