Chris Hodge has been appointed as executive director of exploration at Adelphi Energy. He is currently employed as manager of exploration, development and production with Mitsui Australia. Aurox Resources Limited has appointed Craig Ferrier as company secretary following the resignation of John Chegwidden, who will remain a non-executive director of the company. R Wayne Fritzsche has been appointed as non-executive director for Bone Medical Limited. Greater Pacific Gold Limited has appointed Denis McInerney as chairman. Simon Coxhell has resigned as a director of Navigator Resources Limited. Navigator Resources has appointed Alan Downie as exploration manager. Mr Downie was recently managing director of Batavia Mining and has also worked for Normandy Mining and WMC Resources in senior management positions. Optum Health Limited chairman Peter Jermyn will assume the role of company secretary following the resignation of Kenneth Sharp. Pacific Energy Limited has appointed Rachel Wong as company secretary following the resignation of Neil Miller; the company also appointed Christopher Francis as an alternate director to Allan Foster. Peet & Company has appointed Philip Ragan to manage its new funds management vehicle, the Peet Income Property Fund, to be launched shortly. Mr Ragan was previously managing director of Guardian Funds Management. Style Plantation has appointed Greg Johnson as chief executive after the departure of Michael Pavone. Mr Johnson will add the duties of chief executive to his role of managing director.
