Chris Hodge has been appointed as executive director of exploration at Adelphi Energy. He is currently employed as manager of exploration, development and production with Mitsui Australia.
Aurox Resources Limited has appointed Craig Ferrier as company secretary following the resignation of John Chegwidden, who will remain a non-executive director of the company.
R Wayne Fritzsche has been appointed as non-executive director for Bone Medical Limited.
Greater Pacific Gold Limited has appointed Denis McInerney as chairman.
Simon Coxhell has resigned as a director of Navigator Resources Limited.
Navigator Resources has appointed Alan Downie as exploration manager. Mr Downie was recently managing director of Batavia Mining and has also worked for Normandy Mining and WMC Resources in senior management positions.
