Comings & Goings for WA’s listed companies have been provided by the WA office of the Australian Stock Exchange. Litigation financier IMF has appointed Jon McArthur as chief financial officer and company secretary. Mr McArthur previously held the positions of chief financial officer and company secretary at WorldAudio. He has also had over 10 years’ experience as a chartered accountant in public practice. Mr McArthur replaces Mirian Picton who will remain with the company until July 8. As part of its movement from Perth to Sydney, IMF has changed its registered office to Martin Place in Sydney’s central business district. Australian Wine Holdings has announced the appointment of Naomi Batten as company accountant. Ms Batten is responsible for the reporting and compliance functions for the group, as well as managing the day-to-day financial affairs within the company. Transferring from Watershed Premium Wines, Ms Batten has for the past 10 years worked in various finance and administration roles, with eight years spent in overseas positions. AWL owns and operates the Alexandra Bridge, Chestnut Grove and Hay Shed Hill wineries in the Margaret River and Manjimup regions.
