THE following company personnel changes have been notified to the WA office of the Australian Stock Exchange:

Michael Perrott and Peter Huston have resigned as directors of Border Gold NL. Neil Biddle has resigned as managing director but remains as a non-executive director of the company. Niels Kroyer has resigned as company secretary.

John Langford has been appointed executive chairman, and Paul Price as a non-executive director of Border Gold. Steven Rosich has been appointed company secretary.

Christopher Bath has been appointed company secretary of public officer of Hillcrest Resources. He replaces John Barr who has resigned from these positions.

Frank Demarte has resigned as company secretary of Finders Gold NL. Dean William Calder has been appointed to take his place.

Consolidated Gold NL has changed its name to Osmere NL. Terrence J Strapp and Ronald S Punch have been appointed as directors of Osmere and John Gardner has been appointed company secretary. Edward van Heemst, Collis J Thorp, John D Hopkins and Keith Biggs have resigned as directors and James R Moran has resigned as company secretary.

Robert Stevenson has been appointed as company secretary and public officer of Barron Entertainment Ltd. Natasha Collier resigned as secretary and officer.

Julie Wolseley has resigned as company secretary and Ron Stanley has been appointed in her stead.

Mark Stowell has resigned as company secretary of Resource Exploration NL. Frank Demarte has been appointed in his stead.

Graham Anderson has resigned from the board of Talon Resources NL.

Tibor Vertes has been appointed as director of Trans-Global Resources NL.

Scott Frayne has been appointed as Westel’s managing direcctor and group chief executive officer.

Malcolm Day and Rod Smith have been appointed directors of Western Minerals NL.

Alex Clemen, Robert Collins and Bruce Mccullagh have resigned as directors of Sabre Resources NL. Robert Gordon Reynolds has resigned as director.

Peter T McIntyre has been appointed chief executive officer of St Barbara Mines, and Stephen Miller as chairman.

Executive directcor Edward Nealon, has been appointed deputy chairman of Aquarius Platinum Limited. Keith S Liddell, executive director - technical, has been appointed as managing director.

Craig Smabell Rugless resigned from the board of Central Victorian Gold NL.

Nik Mohamed Din has resigned as director of Finbar International Limited.

John Stratton has resigned as director of Kimberley Resources NL.

Garry Crole has been appointed as director of Pacific Rim Investment.

Pnina Feldman has resigned as director of Striker Resources NL.

Kevin Peter Robinson has been appointed as an alternative director for Chris Melloy of Consolidated Minerals Limited. Mr Robinson replaces Howard Graham Walker.

Richard Frawley has been appointed as a director of Golden Tiger Resources NL. Michael Bowen has resigned as director.
