THE following company personnel changes have been notified to the WA office of the Australian Stock Exchange:
Lynton Longmire has resigned as company secretary of Strategic Minerals Corporation NL and Gerard Tonks has been appointed in his place.
Horizon Mining NL advises that Desmond Kelly has resigned as company secretary and director, and has been replaced by Paul Burge.
James Robert Moran will replace Milton McColl as company secretary of Fraser Range Holdings Limited.
Gilbert Rodgers has resigned from Diversified Mineral Resources NL as joint company secretary.
John Buckley has resigned as company secretary of Conquest Mining NL, and will be replaced by Ian Swarts.
Cam Ansell and Bruno Camarri retired as directors of AMX Resources NL in accordance with the Company’s Constitution, and were reappointed to the Board following the General Meeting. Simon Salter has resigned as company secretary and Antony Cronin has been appointed in his stead.
Robert Reynolds has been appointed chairman of the Board of Triton Resources Limited.
Pnina Feldman has resigned as a director of Striker Resources NL.
David Schwartz has been appointed as non-executive director of Schaffer Corporation Limited.
