COLE Corporate managing director Steven Cole (pictured) has been appointed the WA division president of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, replacing retiring division president, Fiona Harris. Valerie Davies, director of One.2.One Communications and Michael Smith, managing director of The Marketing Centre, have been appointed vice presidents.
