CLOUGH Limited chief operating officer Robert Jewkes and executive group manager operations Simon High have lost their positions due to a change to the engineer’s corporate structure.
Mr Jewkes will be leaving the company in the near future while Mr High will take the CEO’s position of the company’s newly-created Energy, Process and Infrastructure division. He will be reporting directly to Clough CEO and managing director, David Singleton.
Mr Singleton started full-time with the listed engineering company on August 18.
“We have instigated the changes to put in place a more streamlined and flatter management and organisational structure,” he said.
