Hamilton Hill-based Cell Aquaculture has announced it is to take a 30 per cent stake in Marine Farms Ltd, a fish hatchery business operating near Exmouth.
Under the deal Cell will take over day-to-day management of the facility .
The company runs a hatchery in Darwin and is building demonstration facilities in Europe and North America.
