Carpathian Resources Limited 11-Oct-05 Has placed through its AIM broker, HB-corporate, 27,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at a price of 3.125p (7.3 cents AUD) per share, to raise £843,750 ($1.96 million AUD) before expenses.
