Perth CBD pub Carnegies Bar & Restaurant is up for sale, with the property subject to an auction to be run by Burgess Rawson later this month

The pub is located in a four-level building on Murray Street, and includes three bars, two function rooms and an enclosable rooftop bar.

Burgess Rawson agent Graeme Clark said the venue's proximity to the Kings Square development and also to Perth Arena were strong selling points.

The pub is also subject to a fresh 15-year lease to operators Carnegies International Group, which bought the property in December 2008 for $3.85 million.

Its yearly income is approximately $518,000

Carnegies first opened in 1994 and is one of three pubs under the Carnegies International Group banner, alongside venues in Hong Kong and Qingdao in China, as well as Taipei.

The rooftop bar, The Conservatory, was opened in 2011.

Carnegies International Group also owns the National Hotel in Fremantle, and is planning to build another rooftop bar under the Carnegies banner at that venue.

The auction will be held at Burgess Rawson's Perth office on May 20.
