Carmichael Capital Markets Pty Ltd, the corporate finance arm of stockbrokers D.J. Carmichael Pty Ltd, has named Robert Klug director of corporate finance.
Mr Klug, a commercial lawyer and accountant, has been with the company for one year. Prior to this, he was senior associate in the area of mergers and acquisitions at Freehills.
