Commercial real estate agency Burgess Rawson has been appointed to sell the remaining strata offices at the recently completed Westgate building at 420 Bagot Road, Subiaco.

Burgess Rawson director Brian Neo said there were six tenancies available for sale in the building, one comprising 166 square metres on the ground floor, a 131sqm tenancy on level 1 and four suites on level 3 which could be combined to total 1,610sqm.

Mr Neo said enquiry levels were strong, with the majority coming from the owner-occupier space.

“The current occupiers within the Westgate development are all owner-occupiers running their own businesses, which is great for regular upkeep and maintenance,” Mr Neo said.

“The building has a 5.5 star NABERS rating, designed by renowned architects Hames Sharley.”

The $45 million Westgate building comprises a total of 5,000sqm of office space.

The project was developed by Blackburne Property Group and built by Perth-based construction company Northerly Group.
