Burgess Rawson builds team

THE Perth office of Burgess Rawson has announced the appointment of a new residential project marketing team – Paul Durkin, Brent Morfesse and Jo Durkin.

Mr Durkin was previously with Realty Executives and Raine & Horne International and was involved with the $60 million Observation Rise project in Scarborough, Dolphin Quay and Boas Gardens.

Mr Morfesse joins Burgess Rawson from Time Conti Sheffield where he was involved with sales in East Perth, Subi Centro, Subiaco and Churchlands.

Ms Durkin previously worked at Realty Executives and will be acting both as a licensed representative and Mr Durkin’s personal assistant.

She has been involved with the sale of major residential projects such as Seashells Resort Apartments, Dolphin Quay and Boas Gardens.
