BREAKAWAY Resources has executed a heads of agreement with Gold Fields Limited to restructure the Miranda and Vivien joint ventures in the Leinster area. The restructure will result in Breakaway securing the sole interest in the base metal rights over all the tenements, including the title to four highly prospective nickel tenements at Miranda North. The Miranda project covers an area of approximately 27 square kilometres and is located 3km south of Jubilee Mines’ emerging Prospero and Anomaly 4 nickel prospects. As part of the agreement, Gold Fields will receive the sole interest in the precious metal rights in the area.
