LIFECARE Health non-executive director Michael Boyd has resigned from his role with the company less than a month after the resignation of managing director Richard Bevan.
Lifecare Health executive chairman Peter Campbell said announcements about new board members would be made in the next few weeks.
“Mr Boyd told me he was stretched pretty thin and that he was looking at where he had the most value,” Mr Campbell said.
“He probably felt that what is happening at Lifecare will probably happen without him.
“The next focus is to shore-up the board.”
